What types of products will DevMantis license?
Scripts or full source-code projects, plugins and templates. The architecture also allows services, bundles and subscriptions.
Is an Envato purchase the same as a DevMantis license?
No. For a product sold on Envato, Envato remains the source of the marketplace purchase. DevMantis is designed to verify that purchase and create a local entitlement and installation record.
Will an Envato product stop working when support ends?
The architecture separates the original item license, its support period and optional DevMantis services. An expired support period should not be presented as an expired original item license.
How will plugin and template licenses work?
Directly sold add-ons can have their own plan, activation limit, compatibility requirements, release access and support rules.
Can I buy or activate a license now?
This public site describes the planned platform. Purchasing and activation should only be used when the corresponding backend services are launched and linked here.
